How to save yourself from Heatstroke/Easy way to get rid of stomach and body heat:
Ingredients:
Psyllium husk (isabgol)
Basil seeds(tukh malanga)
Tragacanth gum (gond katira)
Rock sugar
Milk
Procedure:
Take a bowl and put half a tablespoon of Psyllium husk (isabgol), half a tablespoon of Basil seeds(tukh malanga), half a tablespoon of Tragacanth gum (gond katara), 1 tablespoon of Rock sugar, and put 1 glass of milk.
Mix it well and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
How to use:
You can eat this at breakfast time this is yummy your breakfast.
